Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fuelit iOS application (the “App”), operated by Sutton Automation LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Fuelit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fuelit. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account.

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password.

Fuelit offers a free tier that includes your first meal plan generation at no cost. Additional meal plan generations require an active premium subscription.

We offer two subscription plans:

• Monthly — $9.99 per month with a 7-day free trial
• Annual — $59.99 per year with a 7-day free trial

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as all billing is processed through the App Store. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Fuelit uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized meal plans and recipes. This content is provided as nutritional suggestions only and does not constitute medical, dietary, or health advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have existing health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions beyond what you have entered in the App.

We do not guarantee the nutritional accuracy of AI-generated content. Generated meal plans and recipes are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Fuelit’s Apple HealthKit integration is entirely optional and operates in read-only mode. We never write false or inaccurate data to HealthKit. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes and is never sold or shared with third parties.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription controls or access premium features without a valid subscription
• Submit false profile data to manipulate AI-generated outputs
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Fuelit app, including its design, branding, code, and content, is the property of Sutton Automation LLC. AI-generated meal plans and recipes are provided to you for personal use and may not be redistributed commercially.

Fuelit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Sutton Automation LLC is not liable for any dietary outcomes, health effects, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated meal plans or recipes. Fuelit is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sutton Automation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
